Migration timeline and what to expect - Planned date: Sunday, October 5, 2025 - Expected impact: Up to 10 minutes of service interruption may occur during final DNS updates and database synchronization.
All migration steps follow industry best practices, are subject to pre-defined verification procedures, and a fallback plan is in place in case of unforeseen issues.
Right to object under the Data Processing Agreement The addition of Netic A/S constitutes a change in our list of sub-processors under the existing Data Processing Agreement (DPA). Should you wish to object to the appointment of Netic A/S as a sub-processor, please notify us in writing no later than September 15, 2025, by contacting: compliance@cloudfactorygroup.com. In the absence of any objection by this date, Netic A/S will be considered approved as a sub-processor under the terms of the DPA.
